Gaining Community Interest

DDS gained an unexpected but welcome audience while undertaking the demolition of a Church in Sevenoaks.

Pupils from the local Sir Thomas Catholic Primary school turned out to watch the demolition process accompanied by members of staff, and displayed a keen interest in how the demolition was being undertaken.

“It was nice to see the younger generations taking an interest in what it is we do” commented Managing Director, Wesley Ray. “We are always aiming to give back to the communities is which we operate, even if it was something unintended! I hope that they enjoyed the display and were able to take something constructive away from it.”

The Christian Science Church is due to be completed on the 3rd May to facilitate the construction of new housing.
