A big congratulation’s to our Chairman and his team who recently finished in first place in a Charity Clay Pigeon Shoot for the Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The event, held at the Royal Berkshire Shooting Ground, consisted of a 100 bird sporting layout and flush. There were twenty-two teams taking part in total, with four team members per team.
The Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity provides specialist help to over 190,000 children every year. The money they receive is used to help them deliver their goal of providing world class treatment as well as pioneering new treatments and cures for childhood illnesses.
“After so many attempts it’s nice to finally win!” Said Les Ray, Chairman “It was a fantastic day, that was very well organised, and it was great fun taking part”.
They event raised over £200,000 for the charity.
